When you purchased experience voucher for your recipient:
Please log into your account and go to "My Purchases" section. Select the experience that you wish to book and then click on blue down-facing arrow at the bottom of the experience card. "Book Now" button will appear - press it to continue with your booking.
Please select your preferred date and time plus one other alternative. If this is a surprise, please enter participant's name but your contact details. Otherwise, the participant will receive the booking confirmation e-mail and it will ruin the surprise. However, if the gift of experience has already been presented to your recipient, then their details can be provided. At this point of booking, you can also type any questions that you want for experience supplier to answer or clarify.
Once all fields have been filled out, please press "Request a Date" button. Your booking information will be sent to the experience provider who will e-mail you a confirmation of your date or, if that date is not available, offer an alternative.
When experience voucher was given to you as a gift:
Please head to My Best Gift home page and select "Redeem Voucher" from "Gift Voucher" section in the top menu.
Then enter your 9-digit voucher code to proceed to the booking stage. You can redeem multiple vouchers, just tick "Redeem Multiple Vouchers" box.
If you prefer a different experience, you can exchange your voucher for credit, which will be added to your account and can be used towards anything on My Best Gift. Please note that once a booking has been made, exchanges are not possible.
