If My Best Gift Experience or Monetary Value Voucher is lost, the recipient can get a replacement voucher e-mailed to them.

Please read the conditions below to make sure that you are eligible for replacement:

  • The voucher is still valid and has not yet been exchanged or redeemed.
  • You can provide proof of purchase - our team will need purchaser's order number, full name or e-mail address. They will then need to make sure that provided details match our records.

If the customer is unable to provide My Best Gift with required verification details, unfortunately, voucher replacement might not be possible.
