Customer Needs to Reschedule:

  • If for some reason you need to change the date of your booking, please contact the experience provider directly. Each experience page will list the minimum required period of notice for rescheduling. As long as you give the experience provider sufficient notice, cancellation fee will not apply. Any notification given after their specified time, will be at the sole discretion of the supplier.

Experience Provider Needs to Reschedule:

  • If for any reason (like bad weather or technical issues) the experience provider needs to change the date of your booked experience, they will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered to book an alternative date. Please reschedule a suitable date directly with the experience provider - you will have their details already following the original booking.
